A few weeks ago I posted an issue for our team to the Mactopia site's forums regarding an issue with not getting the audio redirection to Microsoft's Mac RDP client. It works fine up through Server 2003/XP but on servers after that (Win7, 2008, 2008R2) no audio.
Thanks to 'Trapper' who posted a link to a recent MS Hotfix for versions of Vista, 2008, 2008 R2, and Win7.
Oddly enough, you have to request the Hotfix from MS after going to their site, you can't just download. No reboot of the server(s) was necessary and our Mac clients now have Audio on the terminal servers again!
