Exchange 2007 Quota Setting

I've mentioned in earlier posts about how Exchange 2007 has lots of commands that are not available in the GUI for exchange management but are only available in the Command Shell. The one for setting quota sizes is available through both but for me I feel more confident in setting those in the Command Shell, as well as listing out properties for the current settings. This article goes over most of the common commands for setting quotas/delivery/receive restrictions.
